ABOUT US

One-to-one mathematics tuition

Bespoke individual tuition with me. Around half of my students take one-to-one alongside the small-group programme to layer in additional support; others use it on its own when their stage, schedule, or specific gap calls for individual attention. Available on a limited basis.

A-Level Maths and Further Maths

- Bespoke one-to-one preparation for A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Sessions are shaped around where your child is in the syllabus, what they're aiming for, and where they're currently losing marks.

- The same precision-led approach I use in the small-group programme — mark-scheme-literate teaching, exam-question structure, deliberate practice in writing maths the way the exam rewards — applied individually rather than to a cohort.

- Many of my A-Level students take one-to-one alongside the small-group programme: the cohort provides the structure and pace, the individual slots let us drill into specific topics or weaknesses. Others use one-to-one on its own when their schedule, exam timing, or particular focus area calls for it.

GCSE and IGCSE

- One-to-one preparation for GCSE and IGCSE Mathematics, focused on closing the specific gaps that cost students marks at the higher tier. Sessions are tailored to the topics your child finds most challenging and the patterns the mark scheme rewards on each paper.

- The same methodology I use in the small-group programme — exam-question precision, structured response writing, deliberate practice — adapted to one-to-one work.

- Some students take one-to-one alongside the small-group cohort to layer in additional topic-specific support; others use it on its own for mock recovery, schedule reasons, or particular topic interventions.
